2. Eligibility and age requirements

You may use LearnPlayVerse only if you are legally permitted to use the applicable Service under the laws that apply to you.

If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian when required by applicable law.

Individual LearnPlayVerse applications may have different age ratings, target audiences or access requirements. You must comply with the requirements displayed for the applicable application.

3. LearnPlayVerse accounts

Depending on the application, you may be able to use LearnPlayVerse as a guest or create a LearnPlayVerse account.

Supported authentication methods may include Google Sign-In and email/password authentication.

• You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.
• You are responsible for protecting your device, authentication methods and account credentials.
• You must not share passwords, authentication codes, password-reset links or other security credentials.
• You must promptly contact us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Account linking or unlinking may be subject to additional security verification.

Account linking

Where account linking is supported, multiple authentication methods may be associated with the same LearnPlayVerse account.

Successfully linking another authentication provider does not create a separate LearnPlayVerse account.

For security purposes, we may require recent authentication or other verification before allowing sensitive account changes.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your LearnPlayVerse account through the applicable account-management functionality or through the external deletion method described in our Privacy Policy.

Once deletion has been completed, access to the account and associated synchronized data may be permanently lost.

4. Learning features and educational content

LearnPlayVerse provides educational content, grammar materials, exercises, quizzes, review features, study plans, learning progress and other educational tools.

Educational content and learning recommendations are provided for learning and informational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational content, but we do not guarantee that every explanation, example, translation, recommendation or learning result will always be completely accurate or suitable for every learner.

Learning schedules, review recommendations and AI-generated explanations are intended to assist learning. They are not a substitute for teachers, tutors, official examinations or authoritative educational materials.

Availability of learning progress may depend on account status, device storage, internet connectivity, synchronization and the particular features of the application.

Guest mode

Where guest mode is available, learning information may be stored locally on your device instead of being associated with a LearnPlayVerse account.

Local learning data may be lost if you clear application storage, reset the application or uninstall the application.

Cloud synchronization

When you use a supported LearnPlayVerse account, selected learning information may be synchronized through our cloud services.

Synchronization may require an internet connection and may not be available for every feature or every type of learning data.

5. AI-assisted features

Some LearnPlayVerse applications provide optional AI-assisted learning features ("AI Features").

AI Features may provide explanations, grammar corrections, exercises, feedback, summaries, conversational learning, pronunciation or other AI-assisted educational functionality.

• AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate in some circumstances.
• You should independently verify important information.
• AI Features are intended for educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
• You should not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information to an AI Feature.
• AI Features may be subject to daily usage limits, rate limits, credits or other restrictions.

Third-party AI services

AI requests may be processed using third-party AI infrastructure through our backend services.

Your use of an AI Feature may therefore also be subject to applicable rules and policies of the relevant third-party AI provider.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content does not necessarily represent the views or conclusions of LearnPlayVerse.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated explanations, translations, corrections or recommendations are error-free or appropriate for a particular purpose.

6. Advertising and rewarded features

Some LearnPlayVerse applications may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.

Where rewarded advertising is available, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement to receive an in-app benefit, such as additional AI access or an AI credit.

Rewarded benefits are promotional in-app benefits only. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, securities, stored monetary value or a promise of monetary compensation.

Reward availability, eligibility, limits and conditions may vary and may change when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Service.

Rewarded benefits may be granted only after the applicable advertising interaction has been successfully verified by the Service.

You must not attempt to manipulate, automate, reproduce or bypass rewarded-ad verification or other reward mechanisms.

Advertising and related data processing are described in our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to the policies of the applicable advertising provider.

7. Free services and future paid features

LearnPlayVerse may provide certain Services free of charge. We may introduce additional paid features, subscriptions or other commercial functionality in the future.

If a paid feature is introduced, the applicable price, billing terms and other required information will be presented before you complete a purchase.

Purchases made through Google Play or another app store are processed according to the applicable store's payment, subscription and refund policies.

These Terms do not require you to make a purchase in order to use features that are provided free of charge.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LearnPlayVerse to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• commit fraud, abuse or other unlawful activity;
• bypass authentication, account-security controls, AI quotas, rate limits or other service restrictions;
• manipulate or bypass rewarded-ad verification or reward mechanisms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data;
• probe, scan or test the security of our systems without authorization;
• interfere with the operation or availability of the Services;
• use bots, automation or scripts to generate abusive traffic, accounts, rewards or AI requests;
• upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
• use the Services in a manner that intentionally harms LearnPlayVerse, its infrastructure or other users.

9. User-provided content

You may provide content such as notes, questions, answers, prompts, summaries or other learning material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent that you have applicable rights in that content.

By submitting User Content, you grant LearnPlayVerse the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit and use that content to provide the specific features and Services you request.

This may include processing User Content through applicable backend and AI services when required to provide an AI-assisted feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that User Content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

10. Intellectual property

LearnPlayVerse and its licensors own or control the Services and their original software, branding, visual design, educational materials, databases and other protected content, except for User Content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for their intended personal educational purpose.

This license does not transfer ownership of the LearnPlayVerse application, software, educational content, trademarks or other intellectual property to you.

LearnPlayVerse names, logos and branding may not be used without permission except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-party services

LearnPlayVerse may rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, AI service providers, app-store services and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and availability requirements.

We are not responsible for the independent operation, policies or availability of third-party services.

We may change service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve LearnPlayVerse.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LearnPlayVerse at any time.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or Service when reasonably necessary to:

• protect users or the security of the Services;
• prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized access;
• comply with applicable law or a valid legal request;
• address serious technical or security problems; or
• address a material violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue before restricting access.

Immediate action may be taken when necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, legal or technical risks.

Termination or deletion of an account may result in permanent loss of access to synchronized learning data associated with that account.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply where permitted by law.

13. Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, educational content or Services when reasonably necessary to operate or improve LearnPlayVerse.

We do not guarantee that a Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain consent where required.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

Educational content, learning recommendations and AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnPlayVerse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

This may include loss of data, learning progress, profits or business opportunities to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you.

If applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any legal rights that you are entitled to under applicable law.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy .

By using LearnPlayVerse, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
